Job Description

  • Canvassing for Savings bank/current accounts by reaching out to people,Visiting schools/colleges/educations institutions/shopping centres /Housing societies etc.
  • Canvassing of Housing loans through visiting property fairs, visiting builders,construction sites, leads generated through bank web sites, missed call services etc and planning different strategies to secure such business for bank.
  • Canvassing of Education loans through visiting colleges/education institutions,visiting IELTS/CAT classes, Visa agencies, student counseling agencies,Education fairs, Lead generations through references, Missed call service etc
  • Canvassing of car loans through visiting car dealers, Housing societies, arranging special campaigns, meeting customers at branches.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with MBA (Marketing/Finance) Preferred.

Age :

  • Below 35 years

Experience:

  • 2 / 3 years relevant experience in any Bank / Financial institution. Senior level experience will also be considered

Software Developer cum Engineer

The Software Developer cum Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, and development of quality software for the bank. He/she should have sound knowledge of structured techniques and the Software Development Life Cycle. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the existing suite of in-house developed applications and any custom development of modules for the Finacle Core Banking System. The candidate will also be responsible for developing reports using data extraction tools and SQL/SQL-PL from the Oracle / MS-SQL databases.

The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality, and provide end user training and assistance where required.

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • The candidate should be first class M.C.A./B.E.
  • MCSE or other industry standard certifications would be preferred.
  • Working knowledge on the following operating systems: Linux, Sun Solaris, Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in software analysis, design and development.
  • Experience with Finacle Core Banking Solution and its module is desirable.
  • Experience with RTGS/NEFT, CCIL, E-Kuber portal, NACH, and other NPCI/IDBRT applications is highly desirable and preference will be given to candidates who have handled and administered such applications.
  • Experience with E-certificates.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Knowledge of Web application development using JSP/ J2EE/ C++/PHP/ JAVA Servlet.
  • Knowledge of SQL & PL SQL is preferred.
  • Report development skill using Jasper, etc.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Banking operations and modules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, administer and maintain RTGS/NEFT applications.
  • Manage, administer and maintain CCIL (FX Clear, FX Swap, CBLO, NDS-OM, NDS CALL, CROMS) applications.
  • Manage, administer and maintain E-Kuber portal applications.
  • Manage, administer and maintain Exception module applications.
  • Manage, administer and maintain NPCI NACH applications.
  • Manage, administer and maintain DBTL application for Non-Aadhar based customers.
  • Manage, administer and maintain Certificate generation / issuance from IDBRT for SFMS, CCIL, NACH, CTS (Class 3 and Class 2).
  • Design and develop software programs related to HRMS, Fixed Assets, and any other related requirements.
  • Design and develop reports for users from CBS and other in-house applications.
  • Any other programming tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Computer System Technician

The Computer System Technician will be responsible for the optimum performance, configuration, maintenance and trouble shooting of all hardware and software used at Kalupur Bank. The qualified Computer System Technician will ensure that adequate IT infrastructure is in place and is used to its maximum capabilities. The goal is to install and maintain high quality computer systems and networks.

The Computer System Technician’s role is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. As a computer technician you must be well-versed in computer systems and network functions.

The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality, and provide end user training and assistance where required.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed.
  • Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
  • Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and retirement of equipment.
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future computer hardware needs.
  • Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations.
  • Write technical specifications for purchase of PCs, networking hardware and related products.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware products for purchase.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform PC, hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems.
  • Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
  • If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
  • Installing and configuring PC security and anti-malware.
  • Configuring and maintaining Active Directory and implementation of AD bank wide.
  • Maintaining all software licenses and ensuring that the bank is in compliance of licensing norms.

Qualifications and Work Experience :

  • At least a second class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Software / Systems Engineering / Computer Applications / Information Technology.
  • MCSE certification would be preferred.
  • Additional certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge on the following operating systems: Linux, Sun Solaris, Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012, etc.
  • Proven experience as computer systems technician or similar role for at least 3 years preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
