Key Responsibility Areas: 
Research and Study of the market in terms of recruitment solutions and their sustainability
Understanding and implementing branding perspectives.
Promoting online recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
Study the B2B marketing Challenges and contribute to the viable strategies
. Generating Sales Leads, and fixing the appointments.
. Developing a database of qualified leads through Area mapping, referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling and sales pitch
Presenting the product to the corporates(b2b) in view of acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing client s.
. Negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
Campus Visits, coordinating campus tests, and building strong relationship
Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

Passionate about Sales with creative ideas for sales, marketing & branding
Tech-savvy & social media friendly, knowledge on digital marketing.
Multilingual and excellent communication and Listening skills
Team playing, interactive and proactive personality
Preferably BBM/BBA/BA/Bcom/MBA/PGDM in Marketing Specialisation.
A candidate who is comfortable with travel.
CGPA-No constraints

Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹500,000.00 /year
