Actively communicate with online visitors or prospective customers and explain about product ( through live chat, calls, and emails
You should able to convert visitors into a prospect lead

Should have good English communication (oral and writing)

Should have USA ascent
Must have leadership skills of presales and bid support while overseeing multiple proposal responses.
