Handle inbound calls & Outbound calls, Emails and Chat transactions
Comprehend customers queries / Complains / Comments
Display empathy/ understanding of the issue/ concern towards customer
Provide quick an effective resolution to the customers queries
Good typing speed
Be Fluent in speech
Create a WOW exp. for the customer (c-Sat)
Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
Talks in a way the customer can understand
Is able to use automated information systems to analyze the customers situation
Should be a quick learner
Ability to manage work efficiently with minimum guidance
0 to 2 years Prior work experience in a voice process
Education Mandatory: H Sc. or Graduate in any discipline.
JTechnical Competencies: (Job related),Good English communication skills, Typing speed 20wpm with 90% accuracy, Basic computer knowledge, Soft Skills: (Language), English and Hindi
Desirable: Additional Email/Chat experience is preferred
