Job Description

In our company we are looking for Product Support Engineer (US Shift). Product support engineer The Support Engineer must have MySQL/Linux experience The Support Engineer must have knowledge of Windows, Linux, MAC OS and general desktop support issues The Support Engineer must have basic knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts The Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for the ezDI Products. The Support Engineer is responsible for performing technical application configuration and configure /run reports at user request. The Support Engineer is responsible for performing application maintenance activities Work with Business Analyst to understand the customers product-specific requirements and configuration. Interact with Business Analysts during the software build or configuration and testing process. Interface with Business Analyst to assist in resolving support calls escalated by the Service Desk. The Support Engineer should have ability to capture the user environment during troubleshooting, turn on features by software configuration, and work towards speedy and accurate resolutions for client issues Identify, coordinate and communicate issues, requirements and status related to application functionality with other team members and software vendors. Demonstrate strong empathy for customer concerns Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds Deliver software patches and upgrades to resolve issues Ability to handle multiple client calls and emails, escalating when needed. Accepts all other additional assignment found necessary by the Director for the smooth functioning of the operations. Strong communications skills are required.
