â€¢Answer Call and emails handle tickets related to IE, MSOFFICE, OS, Network related issues, Printers , Mobile Devices & Account Administration
â€¢Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively
â€¢Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository
â€¢Use of soft skills – Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
