Eligibility Detail :
Applicant Completed or Appearing Master’s Degree or its equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for OBC (non-creamy layer)/ SC/ST/ PWD) from UGC recognized University/ Institution.

Selection Process: Candidate selection is based on the Online CBT Exam (Phase I & Phase II)
Scheme of Exam :
i. Mode of Examination – The Examination shall only be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT). Exam Pattern as Follows in below Table.
ii. Pattern – The Test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of only objective type questions and will be attempted with a break of 30 minutes between them.

Those candidates who fulfill above eligibility criteria can apply for the Recruitment Post. Interested candidate may Apply Online at NTA UGC NET official website on or before 30-09-2018. Applicant must read Full Notification before Apply Online.
Steps for Apply Online –
Step 1- Log on to NTA’s website and click on the “Apply Online” button under UGC-NET December 2018.
Step 2- Fill in the Registration Page and note down the system generated Application No.
Step 3- Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph and Candidate’s Signature in JPG/JPEG format.
Step 4- Make payment of fee through SBI_MOPS (Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking e-challan) and keep proof of fee paid.
Step 5- Print at least four printouts of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fee.
Step 6- The Last Date for Online Correction is 14 October 2018
