- ATE Tools team under Qualcomm BDC DFT Organization is looking for an engineer to work on developing DFT Vector conversion, ATE Tools for leading edge technology chips.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop tools, methodology for Vector conversion, Vector management systems, Test Engineering tools for various silicon validation platforms like ATE, SLT
- Enable new initiatives for Pattern count, Test time reduction, support new Automotive requirements, towards development of new generation of Qualcomm devices
- Collaborate with various global cross-functional teams (DFT, Test Engineering and Diagnostics teams) to understand requirements, develop, deploy solutions to meet project goals
Skills include
- Demonstrated experience developing EDA/software tools, knowledge of Python/Java/Perl
- Understanding of software processes and lifecycle, familiarity with CM systems (SVS/GIT)
- Familiarity with development on Linux platform
- Basic understanding of DFT (Scan, MBIST)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate ownership, plan, execute tasks while also innovating to help our team excel
- Must be a team player, ability to multi-task
- General Tester background (Advantest 93k/Teradyne Uflex), knowledge of vector formats, conversion process is preferable
