Job Description :
Required to work in a Utilities operations environment and in areas like Exception Validation, Exception Management, Coordinate with other functional areas and Field work team, Plan and coordinate Tasks, Activities and Service Tickets, Action cases and close exceptions.
Excellent MS-Outlook and MS-Word skills.
Professional English language skills- should be able to seamlessly communicate with clients and internal teams.
Excellent writing and comprehension skills (Clear WET& RC assessment)
Good typing skills preferably around 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
Working knowledge of Seibel or any other CRM, workflow tool will be preferable.
Ability to comprehensively communicate with internal customers, colleagues and superiors, both face to face and via telephone
Self-driven and precise work approach
Highly self-motivated to achieve high standards in both quantity and quality
Integrity and desire to comply with all legal and moral standards
Service oriented and customer focused
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and recognize when issues need escalation
Project management proactive follow up skills.
The agent is responsible mainly for meeting all client SLAs. He should have a proper understanding of the company policies in terms of integrity, compliance, floor etc. He should have good task and management skills.
Responsible for completing login hours as per client requirements and adherence to break schedules. Manage progress of orders within committed time lines.
Responsible to work as per defined client working instructions and responsible for meeting all client metrics as per the SLA.
Attend respective team meetings/huddles.
To update oneself with changes in the process flow or changes in the company and/or floor policy
Accept & incorporate regular feedback from the immediate supervisor based on performance & behavior.
Ensure compliance to floor & company policies.
Production of any customer reporting using MS-office Suite (MS Word & MS Excel) if required.
Expected to participate in any process improvement initiatives started in the process.
