The Group D Exam Date is likely to be announced soon by the Railway Recruitment Board. Earlier this exam was to be conducted from April to June but it was postponed due to rising COVID-19 cases.
The board had issued a notice stating that the Group D exam will be conducted only after the RRB NTPC exam is conducted. The admit card of the candidates for appearing in this written examination will be issued on the regional website of RRB 4 days before the examination. All the registered candidates will be able to download RRB Group D Admit Card through User ID and Password. The link to check exam city, exam date, mock test and travel pass will be activated before the release of the admit card.
Crores of candidates had applied to get government jobs in railways. Railways had sought applications in 2019 for recruitment to about 1.5 lakh posts under Group D and NTPC. After this, this year the Computer Based Test has been conducted for the candidates of RRB NTPC. Now CBT 1 of Group D candidates will be conducted. The link to download the admit card of the candidates who had applied for it will be released soon.
For information, let us tell you that the candidates who successfully pass the written examination will have to appear for Physical Efficiency Test, Document Verification and Medical Test. Through this process, 103769 vacancies will be recruited in Railways.

RRB Group D exam consists of Computer Best Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification and Medical Examination. The Examination Authority reserves the right to conduct CBT in single or multistage.
